2.  If your order is delayed due to non-inventory or backorders, we will notify you of the estimated delivery date as soon as possible. This date is an estimate and is subject to change based on supplier availability and other factors outside of our control.
3. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order due to a shipment delay caused by non-inventory or backorders, you may do so by contacting our customer service team. However, if the order has already been shipped or is in the process of being shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
4. Partial Shipments: If your order includes multiple items and some of the items are on backorder or not available in inventory, we may ship the available items in a partial shipment. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for this partial shipment.
5. Product Substitution: In the event that a product you ordered is on backorder or not available in inventory, we may substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value. If we do substitute a product, we will notify you in advance of shipment and provide you with the option to cancel the order or accept the substitution.
